I have a 2-year-old daughter who was just diagnosed with Celiac's disease, and it was great to watch a celebrity with gluten intolerance challenge the chefs to come up with creative and delicious meals that met all of her dietary concerns. The more that this dietary/health concern is highlighted in the media, the more tasty and affordable products will be manufactured for the rest of us who have to figure out meals on our own!
